DON COLBOURN
Don is the founder and President of Integra Investigation Services Ltd. Since 1975, Don’s experience as an investigator in the private sector- serving professional and business interests- keep him in high demand. Don’s range of experience covers corporate / commercial litigation support, labour law support, financial research, and intellectual property investigations.Lawyers, businesses, and community leaders depend on Don’s experience to advise them on a variety of security and investigative issues. He is well known for his contribution as an advisor to many college level law and security advisory programs, as well as police foundation studies. Don is the Central Canada Area Governor for the World Investigators Network, in addition to being a member of the World Association of Detectives, the California Association of Licensed Investigators, and the Council of Private Investigators of Ontario.

GARY RUSE
Gary has been an experienced investigator since 1982. His past work has encompassed all aspects of the investigative industry, and includes extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of surveillance and undercover assignments. Currently, Gary supervises all investigative fieldwork, and consults for all of our static, mobile, and tactical surveillances. He is also responsible for the training of new employees, and our daily review. -
MELISSA MARSAN
After completing her BA in Criminology with Minors in Human Rights and Contemporary Studies, Melissa pursued a career in her field and Private Investigation has proven to be an excellent fit! After six years in the industry, Melissa has gained knowledge of all aspects of the investigative industry. Her focus is background and financial research, labour and employment investigations, due diligence, insurance fraud, corporate/commercial fraud, interviews/statements and intellectual property investigations.
